Curd cake Recipe

Ingredients :
– 1 liter of milk
– 500 ml cream
– 3 envelopes of curd
– 10 tablespoons sugar
– 2 eggs
– 2 tablespoons tablespoons cornstarch
– 2 tablespoons sugar caramelized in liquid
– 20 graham crackers

Preparation :
We put three quarters of a liter of milk to a boil with the cream. The other ingredients put them in a bowl and crush. When the milk is boiling remove from the heat and add the crushed ingredients.
