Ingredients :
– 400 grams of pumpkin
– one brick of cream
– Grated cheese
– Bread
– 1 large onion
– 1 clove garlic
– Oil
– Pepper
– Salt
Preparation :
We put two tablespoons of oil in a medium saucepan and fry the sliced ​​garlic until golden. When the garlic is golden add the chopped onion and sauté. When the onion is fried (be careful not to burn) add the pumpkin and fry all moments stirring continuously. Then we add water to cover every piece of pumpkin. Add salt and pepper to taste. Boil over medium heat until the squash is tender, about 30 minutes. When the squash is soft, crushed everything in a blender and add the cream brick. We take this opportunity to add salt if we see that it lacks. To accompany the dish, cut the bread into small pieces and fry with abundant oil. Add the grated cheese and fried bread to the dish and serve.
